Ray is a senior and experienced CEO with many world class businesses, with a particular emphasis on strategic marketing in businesses such as Cabletron, Sony and First Telecom. Ray has initiated and managed major growth in large corporates as well as developing smaller companies from start-up to full public listing.

Ray’s last corporate role was with Sony, initially as CEO of Playstation Europe, and laterally as CEO of First Party Gaming Software based in the US.

Since his return to the UK in the late 90’s he has worked with financial institutions on various projects from Exits, i.e. First Telecom, (Trade Sale - £535m), to Chapter 11 work with Exodus Inc.

Ray joined MTI as a Venture partner in December 2006 having acted as an interim CEO at MTI investee Eleksen.
